Using the app
You're granted a personal, non-transferable license to use Whisperscribe – Audio to Text for its intended purpose: an audio-to-text transcription app for macOS. Please don't redistribute it, reverse-engineer it, or resell it.
Payments
Whisperscribe offers a self-managed free trial and then a one-time unlock, processed by Apple's App Store via StoreKit 2.
Manage or cancel any purchase from your Apple account settings; refunds are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
Use the software lawfully and don't try to disrupt it or use it to harm others. I may suspend access that abuses these terms.
Warranties and liability
The software is provided “as is”. I work to keep it reliable, but I can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and VICA is not liable for indirect damages.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the products evolve. Significant changes will be noted here with a new “last updated” date.
